Summer Quarter – We currently have one team on outreach in Asia. With no schools in session things are pretty mellow here at the base. Please pray that this summer would be a refreshing break for all of our staff as they prepare for a very busy Fall quarter. Both schools look to be much larger than usual. This is a great answer to prayer. It is such a privilege to be part of all of this.

Thanks for praying for Tom’s teaching in Asia – Tom traveled to a big country in Asia back in March/April.  We can’t post details of the journey.  However, it was a wonderful time of joining with friends there and teaching/discipling leaders-in-training.

Exciting New Outreach Initiative – After having sent a group of 4 staff to pioneer a mini-SBFM in a large communist Asian nation, we have successfully run a full 12 week school there. I can’t share more details on the location for security reasons.   This joint effort with the University of the Nations in Kona is in response to the growing need for discipleship and training for the new leaders in the region. The lecture phase went very well and the students are finishing up their outreach. Please pray for the students who have came to train in this underground setting and who are ministering in difficult places.

Outreach Locations – Our long term team is currently ministering in a large country in Asia. Please pray for protection and for effectiveness in their ministries as they pioneer a new work there.

Continuing Grace – We are going through another transition in our staff which has left us with a lot of rookies and few leaders. As a result, we have been busier than usual. Please pray for wisdom and continued fruitfulness as we move forward in our ministry.

Finances - With rising costs and a sluggish economy, we have noticed a drag in our finances. Some on our support team have been feeling the pressure also.  Please pray that God would continue to meet our financial needs.
